Croatian Rights Party challenges Slaven Kovacevic's candidacy before Bosnia's Constitutional Court

The Croatian Rights Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HSP BiH) has filed an appeal with the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina challenging the certification of Slaven Kovacevic's candidacy, arguing that the decision violates the country's Constitution.

In a statement, the party said it had presented detailed legal arguments explaining why it believes the decision to certify Kovacevic's candidacy is contrary to the Constitution, the constitutional principles of constituent peoples and legitimate political representation, as well as previous rulings of the Constitutional Court.
